We're hiring a Highly Motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join that engine. Standard:

40 quality contacts per day

Goal:

Set 1 qualified listing appointment per day for our listing specialists 15 minutes of daily script and role-play with our Director of Sales Continuous coaching and feedback — we get better every week What Top Performers Do Our highest earners stack their daily reps into monthly results that drive six-figure income: 30+ listing appointments set per month 350+ active leads managed in CRM 100 new leads added per month through team resources 4 closings per month after the 6-month ramp — the path to $100,000+ per year Compensation Base salary

Commission:

5-10% of GCI on every closing tied to your appointments Average earnings range: $28,000

Real Estate License:
