Are you a licensed realtor or looking to get started into the real estate industry? Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and motivated Licensed Realtors, as well as for those looking to obtain their license to join our dynamic real estate team! Support RE/MAX Advantage Team Zimmerman gives you a foundation that allows you to do what you do best. Focus on SELLING! We have support for almost every other aspect of the business. Business Planning Marketing Transaction (paperwork) Management Contract Knowledge Licensing guidance We want our agents to focus as much of their time as possible on doing deals. Not the other stuff. Leads Most Real Estate Agents aren't used to being busy. Our Team is very good at getting agents very busy, fast. Our "Leads" aren't just leads. They are leads that convert into deals. Over half of all the deals our Team closes are Team generated deals. Our Team Leads in 2025 led to... Average Price of Closed Deals = $400K Average Number of Closed Transactions = 18 per year, per agent Yes, we generate leads for our agents to work and add more income to their business. We also teach you how to build and nurture a database for repeat business. Training & Mentoring Our Team is always working to get better in all different aspects of the business.
