We are hiring two experienced Leasing Specialists to join a beautiful, high-end active adult community during an exciting lease-up phase. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with strong earning potential and a rewarding work environment. Responsibilities Greet and tour prospective residents Build rapport and guide prospects through the leasing process Achieve occupancy goals during lease-up phase Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and community features Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects Qualifications 3-5 years of apartment/multi-family leasing experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Friendly, professional, and engaging personality Sales-driven mindset with a consultative (non-aggressive) approach Stable work history reflected on resume Ability to pass a background screening Why Join Us?
