We are seeking an A+ caliber Transaction Coordinator to join our team in-office in Saint Petersburg, FL. Who We Are We are a nationwide real estate wholesaling company . We specialize in closing deals fast and efficiently , and we need an elite Transaction Coordinator to keep our pipeline moving smoothly.
Who You Are Experienced:
You have prior Transaction Coordination experience in real estate wholesaling or title company experience .
Detail-Oriented:
You thrive in keeping files organized, meeting deadlines, and ensuring a seamless closing process .
Proactive & Problem-Solving:
You anticipate issues before they arise and work quickly to resolve title problems, closing delays, and communication gaps.
Cultural Fit:
You are a team player, coachable, and committed to excellence . You thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced environment .
Local & In-Office:
You must be local to Saint Petersburg, FL, and available to work in our office daily . What You'll Do Manage the transaction process from contract to close for wholesale real estate deals. Work with title companies, buyers, sellers, and internal teams to ensure deals close smoothly and on time. Clear title issues quickly and effectively. Communicate daily with all parties involved in each transaction. Ensure all documents, contracts, and files are in order before closing. Compensation $4,000 per month base salary Commission per closed deal (earnings potential well beyond base salary!)
