About Us:
We are a boutique elder law and estate planning firm dedicated to serving families in the Sarasota community. Our team is compassionate, detail-oriented, and focused on providing excellent client service during some of life's most important transitions. We are looking for a friendly, organized professional to be the first point of contact for our clients. Role Overview As our Client Services Coordinator/Receptionist, you will manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support to attorneys and staff. You will welcome clients, coordinate appointments, and ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors warmly, creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Answer and route phone calls; take detailed messages. Manage scheduling and confirm appointments. Create client files. Handle incoming/outgoing mail and maintain organized records. Support attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks as needed. Assist clients with basic intake questions and direct them to the appropriate team member. Maintain a tidy and professional reception and meeting space. Coordinate client document signings. Scan and copy documents and files. Order supplies. Qualifications Prior office or reception experience (law firm or professional services a plus). Excellent communication skills - written, phone, and in-person. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic office technology.
