DOE Hours:
Full-Time | Monday - Friday Our client company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Broker Assistant to join their growing real estate team. The Real Estate Broker Assistant will play a vital role in supporting daily brokerage operations, coordinating transactions, assisting clients, and ensuring all administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal Real Estate Broker Assistant thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and possesses exceptional organizational and communication skills. This position requires daily in-office attendance and offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the real estate industry while working closely with agents, clients, and business partners. Responsibilities of the Real Estate Broker Assistant include managing transaction paperwork from contract through closing, maintaining compliance files and disclosures, preparing document packages for clients and title companies, following up with clients after showings, assisting with property preparation, and coordinating the installation and removal of signage and lockboxes. Additional responsibilities include conducting drive-by checks of vacant properties, delivering contracts and closing documents, creating marketing materials and social media content, and organizing, scanning, and maintaining confidential records.
Minimum Qualifications:
Previous administrative or office support experience Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Experience with PDF editing and electronic document management Must be able to work in-office daily
Preferred Qualifications:
