This role is based out of our main office in Seminole and includes assisting at up to four additional nearby locations. The ideal candidate is self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple properties and priorities. Responsibilities Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and via email Conduct property tours and showcase available units Process rental applications and leasing paperwork Maintain accurate leasing records and update property management systems Support administrative office tasks as needed Coordinate with maintenance and property managers on unit readiness Assist with marketing listings and online rental advertisements Travel between multiple property locations as required Qualifications Previous leasing, real estate, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple sites Comfortable using basic office software and property management systems (training can be provided) Reliable transportation required Schedule & Flexibility Part-time role with flexible scheduling Some Saturdays required based on leasing traffic Occasional travel between properties during the workday What We Offer Flexible part-time schedule Opportunity to grow within property management Hands-on experience across multiple residential communities Supportive team environment with autonomy in day-to-day work This energetic role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in property leasing and management.
