The ideal candidate will have prior Florida real estate closing experience and be comfortable managing multiple transactions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare settlement statements and closing documents. Review title commitments and satisfy title requirements. Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys. Manage real estate transactions through the closing process.
Qualifications:
Prior Florida real estate closing and title insurance experience preferred. Experience with Qualia preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment and learning new software platforms.
