We are not looking for someone who waits for opportunity. We are looking for someone who is confident, coachable, market-aware, and willing to do the daily work required to win listings.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments
Qualifications:
Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Currently licensed in real estate Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
