Job Description
Leasing Consultant - Part - Time Fantastic Property Management Company with lots of opportunities for growth is looking for (1) motivated part-time Leasing Consultant for apartment community in Tallahassee, FL. Proficient in computer skills. Perform in a manner demonstrating a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability. Maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented approach to co-workers and clients. Assist with administrative management of property by performing duties including conducting program inspections, addressing resident concerns in a professional manner, enforcing property rules and lease requirements, and maintaining associated records. Accurately prepare and be thoroughly knowledgeable (training will be provided) with all the lease related paperwork, from the application process to the move out. Including applications, move in information, leases, files, renewal letters/notices, and any other administrative work as related to leasing and resident/program relations. Assist in preparation for compliance review-related functions, such as preparing annual certification packets, conducting face-to-face certification reviews, auditing resident files. Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills. Perform other related duties as deemed necessary.
