Contract or Contract‑to‑Hire Responsibilities Greet prospects and provide engaging, professional property tours Assist residents and prospects in both English and Spanish Manage the full leasing process from inquiry to move‑in Process applications, renewals, notices, and resident documentation Maintain organized resident files and accurate records Support marketing efforts, follow‑ups, and lead management Deliver excellent customer service to residents and prospects Support the onsite team with daily office operations Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish required Previous leasing or strong customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and sales skill Professional, polished presentation and demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Experience with property management software is a plus #
