Job Description
Carlton Fields is seeking a second- to sixth-year associate with significant and substantive experience in commercial and complex real estate transactions and financings. Experience working with lenders, developers, servicers, asset managers, owners, financial institutions, and investors in a diverse range of financing, development and investment matters preferred. Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated writing skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in Florida (but the firm is willing to consider strong candidates seeking to relocate to Tampa), have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team on-site in our Tampa office, while being able to work individually, on client matters in an environment where drive and client service are valued.
