Job Description
Cell Touch the largest directly owned Metro by T Mobile Authorized Dealer in the US is looking to add an dynamic professional looking join a winning team, advance their career, have fun, and be part T Mobile's largest direct owned and top performing Metro By T Mobile Authorized Dealer. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with corporate retail real estate background and the ability to manage a tenant side real estate portfolio that includes over 200 leased locations that span 7 states. This position will report directly to the executive leadership. Responsibilities and duties will include
- Management of lease lifecycle
- Ownership and management of critical lease data and events such as renewals, rent increases, exclusives, and other critical terms.
- Maintaining great relationships with all landlords and handle all incoming requests
- Negotiating new lease terms and renewals
- Ensure compliance with lease obligations
- Conduct market research to identify new and potential relocation opportunities
- Provide facilities supports to markets when it comes to leased locations
