Job Summary A well-established law firm in West Palm Beach is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant
- Real Estate to support a busy real estate practice.
This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional with strong real estate transaction experience, excellent organization skills, and the ability to support multiple attorneys in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and legal support to multiple attorneys handling commercial and residential real estate matters.
- Draft, revise, proofread, format, and finalize real estate contracts, leases, closing documents, correspondence, and related legal documents.
- Prepare attorneys for real estate closings by gathering, organizing, and maintaining required transaction documentation.
- Manage electronic and physical client files, document versions, redlines, calendars, meetings, deadlines, and matter intake.
- Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, title companies, opposing counsel, and other transaction parties.
- Prepare, edit, and process monthly client billing, including prebills, narrative edits, and attorney billing coordination. Compensation and Benefits
Salary:
$65,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on experience.Job Type:
