Sales Associate Surplus Recovery / Real Estate

We are a Florida-based surplus recovery company specializing in recovering surplus funds remaining after tax deed sales. We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Contact property owners and heirs to explain surplus recovery opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with clients throughout the claim process. Assist with document collection and coordination between clients and legal staff. Maintain accurate records of communications and client progress.

Qualifications:

Some sales experience required (phone or in-person). Background or familiarity with real estate, title work, or legal transactions preferred. Excellent communication and organization skills. Self-motivated and eager to learn about surplus recovery and property law.
