Responsibilities Greet prospective residents warmly and conduct property tours, highlighting features and amenities to foster interest and excitement. Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through application approval, including data entry into Entrata's property management systems. Prepare and review lease agreements, contracts, and legal documents with accuracy and clarity. Maintain thorough records of leasing activities, applicant files, and correspondence in compliance with fair housing regulations. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette. Upsell available units or additional services to prospective residents while ensuring a positive experience. Collaborate with property maintenance and facilities teams to coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and ongoing property upkeep. Resolve conflicts or concerns promptly using conflict management skills to ensure resident satisfaction. Skills

Ability to build lasting relationships with residents and prospects Effective negotiation skills for upselling units or additional services while maintaining positive rapport.
