Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Apartment Leasing Consultant/Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic property management team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment, ensuring each potential resident receives exceptional customer service while adhering to fair housing regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills, deepen your understanding of property management, and make a meaningful impact on our community. Responsibilities Greet prospective residents warmly and conduct property tours, highlighting features and amenities to foster interest and excitement. Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through application approval, including data entry into Entrata's property management systems. Prepare and review lease agreements, contracts, and legal documents with accuracy and clarity. Maintain thorough records of leasing activities, applicant files, and correspondence in compliance with fair housing regulations. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette. Upsell available units or additional services to prospective residents while ensuring a positive experience. Collaborate with property maintenance and facilities teams to coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and ongoing property upkeep. Resolve conflicts or concerns promptly using conflict management skills to ensure resident satisfaction. Skills

Ability to build lasting relationships with residents and prospects Effective negotiation skills for upselling units or additional services while maintaining positive rapport. Office experience including data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks such as record keeping and report generation. Conflict management abilities to handle resident concerns professionally and diplomatically. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in contract preparation and legal compliance. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
