New full-time agents:
$50,000-$90,000+ in year one Experienced agents: $150,000+ annually Top producers: Unlimited earning potential with leadership opportunities available (Income examples are based on full-time effort and are not guaranteed.) What You'll Do Build and maintain strong client relationships Guide buyers and sellers through the entire transaction process Market listings using digital tools and creative strategies Stay current on market trends, contracts, and compliance Communicate clearly, negotiate confidently, and deliver top-level service Manage your pipeline and stay accountable to your goals What We're Looking For Active Real Estate License (required) Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated and coachable mindset Desire to grow a sustainable real estate business Sales, marketing, or customer service background is a plus Bilingual agents welcome
