E & E Capital Management, LLC is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents, showcase our community, and guide applicants through the leasing process while creating an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities As a Leasing Agent, you will: Welcome prospective residents and conduct professional, engaging property tours Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, online inquiries, and walk-in visitors Guide prospects through every step of the leasing process, from application through move-in Process lease applications, screenings, lease agreements, and related documentation accurately and efficiently Maintain complete and accurate prospect and resident records while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies Build and maintain a strong leasing pipeline through timely follow-up and relationship-building Support resident retention initiatives, including lease renewals and customer satisfaction efforts Assist with marketing initiatives, including online listings, social media engagement, and local outreach events Coordinate with the maintenance and management teams to ensure apartments are ready for new move-ins Deliver exceptional service that creates a positive experience for both prospective and current residents Qualifications We're looking for candidates who possess: High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred) One to two years of experience in leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, or a related field Previous multifamily property management experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships A customer-first mindset and proven sales ability Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and leasing best practices is a plus Flexibility to work weekends and adjust schedules based on business needs What We Offer At E & E Capital Management, we value our team members and invest in their success by offering: Competitive hourly pay of $19.00-$22.00 Performance-based bonus opportunities Comprehensive health insurance benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid sick leave Profit-sharing opportunities Employee discounts Ongoing training and professional development Career growth opportunities within a growing property management company A collaborative, supportive, and team-oriented work environment Why Join E & E Capital Management?
