This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated top team focused on delivering exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for real estate. Prior experience in property management, real estate, or administrative functions is highly valued. This position is paid and provides a platform for professional growth within a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Duties Assist and follow up with clients in identifying suitable properties based on their needs and preferences Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings effectively Negotiate offers and counteroffers to secure favorable terms for clients Provide comprehensive guidance on fair housing regulations and legal requirements Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and promote listings Maintain organized records of client interactions, property details, and transaction progress Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery Stay informed about current market trends, property values, and local regulations Support administrative tasks related to property transactions, including documentation and scheduling Requirements Have a valid real estate license in Georgia and/or Alabama. Will need to get both states licensure.
