We're looking for someone with strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and a stable, reliable work history. If you enjoy helping residents, thrive in a fast-paced property management environment, and understand affordable housing compliance, we would love to meet you. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents Conduct tours, answer inquiries, and manage leasing activities Process applications and assist with Section 8 and LIHTC documentation Support recertifications and ensure file accuracy Assist with resident relations and community engagement Maintain organized records and support daily office operations Collaborate with the Property Manager to meet occupancy goals Schedule & Compensation Monday-Friday; 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (30 minutes Lunch) Occasional after hours house resident services events $19-$20/hour Full benefits package available Experience Required for Your Success What We're Looking For 2+ years' experience as a Leasing Consultant Leasing for HUD and Tax credit units, Resident relations Strong customer service and communication skills Stable, consistent work history Ability to manage paperwork, deadlines, and multitasking About Wingate Wingate Companies is a respected leader in property management, known for investing in training, supporting on-site teams, and creating safe, quality housing for residents.
