Job Description

The Megan Makes Moves Team is seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated In-Office Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our growing real estate team in McDonough, GA. This position is ideal for someone who has previous experience working in a real estate office environment and understands the fast-paced nature of the industry. We are looking for a dependable team player who can help support daily operations, assist agents, manage transactions, and help keep the office running efficiently. Responsibilities Assist with daily office operations Manage client communication via phone, text, and email Coordinate appointments, inspections, and closings Help manage contracts and transaction paperwork Input and manage leads in CRM systems Support marketing and social media efforts Maintain organization of files and client records Communicate with agents, lenders, attorneys, and clients professionally Assist with open house preparation and office tasks as needed Qualifications Previous administrative experience in a real estate office
REQUIRED
Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Professional attitude and appearance Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Experience with GAMLS, FMLS, kvCORE, Dotloop, Canva, or social media is a plus Must be dependable and detail-oriented

Up to $10.00 per hour
