Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our team and support two communities in Peachtree City and Fayetteville, GA . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional service, and helping adults aged 55+ find their next home and lifestyle. The ideal candidate is a polished professional with good sales and communication skills who can create a positive first impression , guide prospects through the leasing process, and contribute to resident satisfaction. Our Active Adult Communities offer more than just a place to live - we provide a vibrant, maintenance free lifestyle centered around connection, wellness, and convenience. As a Leasing Specialist, you will play a key role in introducing prospective residents to everything our communities have to offer and helping them choose their next home.
Hours:
Monday -Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Salary is commensurate with experience. OneStreet Residential is a smoke-free environment in all locations.
Role and Responsibilities:
Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes, amenities, and lifestyle programs. Respond promptly to phone, email, and online inquiries. Follow up with prospects and maintain an active waitlist. Process rental applications. Input and follow-up on maintenance work orders to ensure satisfaction. Meet or exceed leasing and occupancy goals. Coordinate move-in activities and ensure a smooth resident onboarding experience. Maintain accurate prospect and resident records within property management software. Assist with resident retention initiatives and renewal efforts. Participate in marketing events, open houses, and community outreach activities, if applicable. Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects, residents, and guests..
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, reliable vehicle. Prior experience in sales or customer service; previous leasing experience, highly preferred. Prior experience working with active adult, senior living, hospitality, or lifestyle-focused communities. Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience in residential property management; highly preferred. Property management software experience (required); RealPage Onesite, highly preferred . Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations. Proven track record of achieving leasing goals and resident satisfaction. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Positive attitude, dependable, honest and eager to learn. Must be able to travel locally. General Microsoft Office skills to include
Word, Excel, Outlook Physical Requirements:
This position generally performs work in a typical office environment, regularly walk to inspect all inside and outside areas of the community. Perform in an environment prone to high levels of distraction, dealing with a wide variety of challenges, deadlines, and a varied and diverse array of people.
