Job Description

Description Our prestigious firm is rapidly growing, and we are seeking an energetic, task-oriented individual to join our team! Your fun-filled and action-packed day will consist of assisting buyers, sellers, Realtors, and the title team in making sure that purchase contracts and title orders are complete and submitted correctly, and setting up files as each home, hoping for a new family, begins its journey to the closing table. The ideal candidate will have some experience working in real estate transactions or mortgage lending, with a keen eye for detail and outstanding research and customer service skills. If your traits are a "can do" attitude and next-level organizational abilities, this is the job for you! Responsibilities Process transactions by gathering and entering necessary data and documentation into software programs and track missing essential items Communicate effectively and efficiently with real estate agents to ensure receipt of critical information and collect crucial documents in a timely manner Liaise with loan officers and mortgage processors regarding receipt of contracts and title orders Coordinate with title examiners throughout the state to get titles ordered and back in a timely manner.
