someone who is able to motivate others while understanding and responding to their needs and concerns. This role involves meeting and working with many different people. The person in this position must be friendly and genuinely interested in the needs of others, whether that's managers, team members, customers, or the company itself. This person must have a persuasive, teaching-oriented mindset and be able to easily communicate the company's policies, programs, and systems. Expect a faster-than-average pace of work for this position. Job Duties Develop and maintain strong relationships with RPI Roofings existing customers. to include calling, email, and conducting customer surveys Work alongside the Territory Account Managers to "win" new customers. Enter and maintain accurate lead, customer information and building information in Salesforce Where applicable, maintain updated customer communications, interactions and next steps within Salesforce. Generating new and reoccurring Roof Guard sales, scheduling inspections. New business development - researching and sending out emails/calling businesses to develop relationships and schedule in person meetings. Attend local events within areas of business that can potentially benefit company. Goal to attend minimum of one each quarter. Complete 3 marketing campaigns annually to drive new business within company budget perimeters. Oversee phone communications, including proactive outreach and timely, professional responses to incoming inquiries Assist with project closeout documentation and coordination of closeout gifts Review Salesforce data for accuracy and completeness; update information as needed Conduct follow-up calls with new leads 30 days after initial contact Re-engage existing customers with no activity within the quarter; follow up with email communication and copy the assigned
Account Manager Qualifications of Inside Sales Representative :
  • At least 2 years of customer service or phone experience required.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication required
  • Extremely detail oriented with the ability to manage tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledgeable in Salesforce preferred We are an equal opportunity employer
