Leasing Consultant

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for driving traffic, converting prospects into residents, and supporting the overall performance and presentation of the community. Key Responsibilities Generate qualified traffic through outreach, marketing, and lead follow-up Schedule, conduct, and manage leasing appointments and property tours Convert prospects into residents by effectively closing leases Support and execute on-site marketing and outreach initiatives Maintain strong product knowledge and ensure community presentation standards are upheld Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects and current residents Manage and follow up on service requests to ensure resident satisfaction Promote resident retention through consistent communication and service Ensure full compliance with all company policies and applicable laws, including Fair Housing, ADA, and FCRA Qualifications Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Highly organized with strong follow-up and closing ability Previous leasing, sales, or property management experience preferred Working knowledge of Fair Housing and industry regulations is a plus What We Offer Competitive base salary + leasing bonuses Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Structured training and support Professional, team-oriented work environment If you are motivated, customer-focused, and ready to grow your career in property management, we encourage you to apply.
