As an Inside Sales Professional, you will help grow our local Allstate agency by engaging with current customers and the community. You will apply insurance knowledge and customer service skills to increase the customer's understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice. Responsibilities Handle policy support tasks such as endorsements, changes, billing, and claims guidance Conduct renewal reviews and identify coverage gaps Support with retention to save accounts Conduct calls for new business policies Maintain documentation and compliance within the agency management system Job Qualifications Property & Casualty License Allstate experience required, at least 1 year Confident, motivated individual with the ability to multitask Comfortable with using computers and multiple applications Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Benefits Comprehensive on-the-job training Continuous learning and development courses, available through Allstate University Positive work environment, our culture is fun, energetic and engaged Advancement opportunities Base salary offered plus bonus opportunities
