We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to fill the role of FT Leasing Consultant sharing the role between The Mill at Logger's Creek (3 days per week) and Canyon Ridge (2 days per week). In this position, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our prospective residents and maintaining strong relationships working 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist prospective residents and vendors, providing exceptional customer service. Qualify clients by accurately determining their needs, eligibility, and desirability through effective questioning and active listening. Conduct tours of our apartment community and available units, showcasing the unique features and benefits. Maintain current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates. Understand the application criteria, lease paperwork, rent collection, and move-in/move-out processes thoroughly. Collect and store deposits, fees, and rents while ensuring administrative accuracy and timeliness. Assist in implementing the marketing and leasing plan to enhance community engagement. Ensure model apartments are ready for show, maintaining a clean and orderly work area. Maintain communication with business and locator services, performing off-site marketing visits as necessary. Respond promptly and professionally to all resident requests and concerns, striving for effective conflict resolution. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times, contributing to a positive organizational reputation. Report any unusual circumstances regarding residents, staff, or the property to the Community Manager promptly.Success Factors:
