Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Head of Sales (Revenue Manager) to lead the sales program for Woodbury, a walkable, design-driven neighborhood in Moscow, Idaho inspired by the principles of traditional neighborhood development and New Urbanism. This is not a traditional real estate agent role. This position is for a leader who will develop and run an in-house sales program that delivers a remarkable customer experience while helping bring one of the region's most thoughtfully designed neighborhoods to life. You will work directly with leadership, construction, and design teams while guiding buyers through one of the most important decisions of their lives. This role is both strategic and hands-on: nurturing inbound leads, building systems, and leading the small team responsible for all residential sales and future leasing revenue within the Woodbury neighborhood. Responsibilities Sales Leadership Lead and manage all home sales within the Woodbury Development Develop and implement the in-house sales program Create systems and processes for lead management and customer experience Manage marketing team for brand management and lead generation Client Experience Nurture inbound leads from first inquiry through closing Represent buyers and listings (dual representation when appropriate) Guide buyers through product selection, lot choice, and homebuilding options Maintain a high-touch, relationship-driven sales experience Understand and communicate the building process and our construction standards Revenue Management Responsible for achieving annual sales targets (15-25 homes per year) Track and manage lead pipelines and sales metrics Collaborate with leadership on pricing strategy and market positioning Oversee future leasing opportunities both commercial and residential Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with the construction and design teams Develop a deep understanding of the building process Communicate architectural and design value to buyers Ensure client expectations align with construction timelines and capabilities Requirements Idaho Real Estate License (or ability to obtain quickly) Strong understanding of sales processes and client management Experience working with high-value purchases or consultative sales Ability to manage multiple clients and sales pipelines simultaneously Proven ability to build systems to manage complex processes Professional Entrepreneurial Relational Self-Sufficient Interest in Design and Construction Commitment to Improvement Nice to Have Related experience in architectural design, construction, or real estate development Leadership or team-building experience Real estate sales experience Who We Are Looking For This role is ideal for someone who is both a strong salesperson and a systems builder. You care deeply about the customer experience, and you understand that selling homes is about trust, relationships, and stewardship, not just transactions. You are warm, approachable, professional, and capable of representing a design-driven product with credibility. This role requires the successful candidate to represent us and the Woodbury community exclusively. To ensure the highest level of alignment, client service, and to avoid conflicts of interest, the Head of Sales will not engage in additional real estate brokerage activities outside of Woodbury, except in rare or pre-approved circumstances. Estimated Annualized compensation between $115,000-$175,000 Support Office operations support Marketing specialist On-site sales office
