We think of ourselves as a customer service company that happens to offer apartments, and that starts the moment someone reaches out to us.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll be the first face prospective residents see at R+B. You'll give tours of our properties, answer questions, and help people figure out whether one of our communities is the right home for them. When it is, you'll guide them through the leasing process smoothly and accurately. This is a fast-moving role with a lot of moving parts, and attention to detail matters. You'll also support resident activities and assist the broader team as needed.
