We manage a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and association properties throughout Central Illinois and pride ourselves on exceptional service, strong systems, and a collaborative team culture. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Motivated Licensed Leasing Agent (or license-eligible candidate) bilingual in English and Spanish a plus , customer-focused, highly organized, and eager to grow within property and association management. Position Summary The Leasing Agent plays a key role in supporting leasing operations, tenant relations, and association management functions. This position works closely with Property Managers, the Maintenance Department, Leasing Agents, and Real Estate Brokers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent resident and owner experiences. The ideal candidate is an upbeat self-starter who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills. Key Responsibilities Leasing & Tenant Relations Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and current tenants Conduct property showings and manage leasing inquiries Process applications, screenings, lease preparation, and renewals Coordinate move-ins and move-outs Address tenant questions and concerns professionally and efficiently Communicate fluently with Spanish-speaking tenants and applicants Association Management Support Assist the Community Association Manager (CAM) with administrative and resident communication tasks Support association-related inquiries, documentation, and coordination Owner & Internal Communication Assist with owner communications as requested by Property Managers Maintain accurate records and notes within property management software Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency Qualifications Honest, motivated, and people-oriented professional Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish a plus) Leasing Agent License or willingness to obtain within 60 days (company-paid) Prior property management or association management experience preferred Familiarity with property management software (Buildium experience a plus) Highly organized with strong system and process skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Health insurance buy-in (medical, dental, vision) Paid time off (vacation, sick leave, holidays) Performance-based bonuses and incentives Professional development and licensing support Employee discounts on rental property management services Flexible schedule Referral program Supportive, collaborative team environment Work Location Requirements Must be willing to relocate to Champaign, IL prior to start date if not already local
