Full Job Description Overview:

We're inviting motivated, self-driven individuals to join our real estate firm. Your primary responsibility is to drive to properties, initiate conversations with homeowners or relatives, and identify individuals interested in selling their property in as-is condition, conveniently, without any selling fees or realtors•and set them up for an in-person visit or phone call with our closing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive weekly list of properties usually within 5-10 minute drives of each other Drive to assigned properties, cold knock doors, identify owners considering selling, collect information, schedule with closing team. Leave company brochure at properties Must be comfortable initiating conversations, explaining concepts, and handling objections

Compensation:

All Commission•No Base 15% commission of Total Deal Profit (paid at closing)

Deal Profit Range:

$20,000•100,000

Commission Range:

$3,000•15,000 per qualified appointment set

Projections:

1-5 Deals per Month Minimum commitment: 20 hours per week or 50 doors hit per week (no limit)

Other:

All tools, lists, and training are provided. Must have a car. Sales experience preferred.
