Responsibilities Complete the PLACE Launch program Consistently implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties Represent sellers and buyers in offer negotiations Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology Host a minimum of two open houses each month Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines Actively participate in team events and initiatives as required Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, ongoing training, and Partner Calls Guide sellers through the listing process, secure listings, and promote properties effectively Exhibit proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other services related to listings Qualifications Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge Skilled at establishing rapport, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions Proficient in prospecting and generating leads Naturally adept at handling objections Effective communicator dedicated to delivering exceptional service Collaborative team member Licensed real estate agent Minimum of 3 years' experience in real estate sales Exceptional written and oral communication abilities Committed to continuous learning and personal growth Highly organized Open to mastering scripts and dialogue techniques Strong time management capabilities About-our-team About Pawlak Team We are driven by PLACE, an independent business services and technology platform revolutionizing the real estate industry for leading agents and their clients.
