Responsibilities Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program Regularly apply PLACE lead generation techniques on a weekly basis Guide buyers through the process, obtain signed buyer agreements, and help identify appropriate properties Represent both sellers and buyers during offer negotiations Keep detailed and accurate records of activities and tasks using PLACE Technology Conduct at least two open houses each month Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into confirmed appointments Participate in weekly script rehearsals in accordance with team standards Take an active role in team events and initiatives as needed Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls Collaborate with sellers to obtain listings and promote their properties effectively Offer professional advice on pricing, staging, and other services related to listings Qualifications Motivated sales professional with a strong competitive drive Expert in building relationships, identifying client requirements, and offering tailored solutions Experienced in lead generation and prospecting strategies Skilled at overcoming objections with ease Clear and About-our-team •
