Responsibilities Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to validate or adjust clients' home search preferences Draft and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation activities Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines Actively participate in team events and initiatives as required Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology systems Qualifications Enthusiastic about engaging with people and skilled at building and sustaining professional connections Strong passion for helping others, coupled with a dedication to advancing your expertise in real estate and leadership Person-centered approach Upbeat and optimistic demeanor Comfortable with extensive driving as part of the role Proficient in assessing clients' preferences and aligning them with suitable properties Committed to continuous learning Driven and goal-oriented with a track record of achievement High school diploma or equivalent Valid real estate license About-our-team We are driven by PLACE, a broker-neutral business services and technology platform revolutionizing the real estate industry for leading agents and their clients.
