Title:
Leasing Agent - Property Management (Bonus Included)
Description:
We're hiring a Leasing Agent to help rent and manage our properties. Responsibilities include posting on Facebook Marketplace, showing units, handling calls, and processing applications.
Requirements:
Prior leasing experience required Must be organized, reliable, and self-motivated Reliable transportation required
Bonus:
Paid bonus for each signed lease. Flexible hours - part-time or full-time available.

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour Application Question(s): How many years of leasing or property management experience do you have? Can you describe your process for handling a new rental lead from inquiry to signed lease? Will you be able to post ads on Facebook Marketplace? Do you have a reliable vehicle to do showings?
