We are looking for a Leasing Consultant for our residential community located in Mundelein, IL. The ideal candidate is someone who will enhance the value of our residential asset by providing an exceptional experience to our residents, vendors and team members. We need a frontline leaser to generate traffic, tour guests, provide exceptional customer service, and close sales. Requirements and Expectations Availability to work Saturdays Committed to exceling with a growing and thriving Property Management Company Positive attitude with excellent people, phone, and sales skills Two or more years sales or related experience Strong computer skills and ability to learn specialized software Generate traffic, tour prospects, lease apartments and prepare lease documents Exceptional customer service abilities, and the ability to communicate using clearly with proficiency in English Learn and comply with industry legal requirements, including federal and local Fair Housing Laws Timely and accurate submission of required reports and all other required operational items Work both individually and on a team to maximize occupancy and achieve owner goals Provide an exceptional living experience to our residents Maintain detailed, accurate and confidential records Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned Prior Multifamily Housing experience preferred Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits program.
