Job Description

You've proven you can sell — now it's time to grow smarter. The Sarah Leonard Team at Legacy Properties is looking for motivated, licensed real estate agents who want better systems, stronger support, and more opportunity to grow their business. Our agents leverage a full in-house support team including transaction coordination, listing coordination, marketing, lead generation, coaching, and proven systems — allowing you to focus on clients, negotiations, and closing deals. This is a great fit for agents who are already producing or newer agents ready to grow inside a high-performance team environment. Responsibilities Conduct buyer consultations and property showings Guide clients through the buying and selling process Attend inspections and final walkthroughs Negotiate offers and contracts Maintain strong communication and follow-up with clients Utilize CRM systems and follow team processes Deliver a high-level client experience at every interaction What We Provide Lead Generation Opportunities Transaction & Listing Coordination Marketing Support Coaching & Accountability Proven Systems & Processes Scalable Team Environment Qualifications Active Illinois Real Estate Broker License Strong communication and people skills Coachable, motivated, and growth-minded Professional, dependable, and responsive Evening and weekend availability as needed Our Core Values Driven.
