Real Estate Managing Broker

We're hiring an experienced, professional full-time real estate managing broker to take a real estate team to the next level. You'll oversee the entire real estate brokerage operation, build up your team of agents, and train them to be top performers. Compensation:

$65,000 - $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Work with the leadership team on retention programs to ensure that our top real estate sales agents remain with our brokerage Assure all company policies and procedures and state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws are being followed by the agents and brokerage Grow the brokerage office by recruiting new realtors that will make excellent team members Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with our brokerage's standards Oversee all operational responsibilities of the brokerage including the company's MLS listings and all real estate transactions

Qualifications:

Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team 3+ years of experience as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent Expertise in the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance for our brokerage Excellent customer service and communication skills Candidates must possess a managing broker's license About Company We're not just growing we're building something special.
