This full-time position plays a critical role in maintaining compliance and ensuring the integrity of all real estate transaction files. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and eager to support operational excellence. Real estate experience is preferred but not required — training will be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities include:
  • Performing thorough audits of real estate transaction files to ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards
  • Identifying and flagging missing documents or errors for correction
  • Working closely with agents, brokers, and administrative staff to resolve discrepancies
  • Assisting with compliance documentation and internal reports
  • Cross-training in other administrative or transaction support roles as needed
  • Supporting internal controls and helping uphold operational integrity across departments
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in real estate or compliance a plus, but not mandatory
