Sick; Holidays Job Classification Job category: Property Management Job Description Job description: To be responsible, under the direction of General Manager, Property Manager, Managers, and Principals, for the overall assistance and coordination of leasing and marketing of properties. Essential duties & responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1) First line of contact between customers and company. 2) Perform activities such as collections, assigned projects, assist with maintenance staff management, data entry, filing, maintain rent rolls, leasing, procuring governmental permits, vendor interaction, preparing contracts/reports and scheduling. 3) Perform custodial work for office and/or campuses. 4) Assist with tenant occupancy and turnover. 5) Facilitate keeping accurate records regarding deposits, leasing, maintenance, change orders, work orders, refurbishing, annual inspections, inventories, warranty. 6) Travel as needed to all campuses and errand running. 7) On occasion perform work related to projects both directly and indirectly. Job Requirements Education, training, experience: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 1) Associates Degree is preferred. 2) Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience. Training in some or all of the areas a plus: accounting, maintenance, residential leasing, AppFolio. 4) Valid Indiana Drivers License. 5) Willingness to sign confidentiality agreement. 6) Maintain clean appearance and follow company uniform policy. 7) Ability to read & interpret documents, math ability & reasoning ability, great communication, computer & organizational skills, strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
