5 days per week Job Overview This position combines hands-on warehouse work with basic computer and product listing responsibilities. No prior auction experience is required — training will be provided for all company systems, procedures, and listing processes. Previous warehouse experience is highly preferred. This role is ideal for applicants who are willing to learn, work independently and with a team, and take pride in producing accurate, quality work. Employees in this position help inspect, document, photograph, and create online auction listings for a wide variety of merchandise. The position is fast-paced at times and requires strong attention to detail to ensure products are accurately represented for customers purchasing through our online auction platform. Responsibilities Open, inspect, & review merchandise for damage, missing parts, or condition issues Photograph products and included hardware/components for auction listings Document accurate condition notes and product details Research products using serial numbers, packaging information, model numbers, or internet searches when necessary Create and manage product listings using the company's auction platform Enter product descriptions, dimensions, included parts, and condition information into company systems Properly repackage and reseal inspected merchandise after documentation Organize and maintain workstations and merchandise areas Meet productivity expectations while maintaining quality and accuracy standards Communicate damaged, incorrect, or missing product information to supervisors Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and operational standards Assist with additional warehouse or operational tasks as assigned Qualifications Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply Willingness to learn and adapt to company procedures and systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software Ability to work independently and within a team environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to productively work in a warehouse environment Ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds Work Environment Hands-on warehouse environment Fast-paced during busy operational periods Training provided for company systems, listing procedures, and workflow processes Why Accuracy Matters At TML Deals, customers rely on our listings to make informed purchasing decisions.
