  • Full Time Leasing Professional for Elkhart & Goshen, Indiana Love working with people?
Enjoy a fast-paced day where no two days are the same? Come join our team at two fantastic apartment communities in the Elkhart and Goshen areas! We are looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Full Time Leasing Consultant to help create an amazing experience for both future and current residents.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Touring apartment homes and assisting with daily leasing activities
  • Responding promptly to email leads and online inquiries
  • Answering phone calls and assisting walk-in prospects
  • Assisting with lease renewals and resident retention
  • Following up with undecided prospects and renewals
  • Checking in with residents after service requests to ensure top-notch customer service
  • Helping create a welcoming and positive community atmosphere
We're Looking For Someone Who:
  • Has excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Is organized, motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Enjoys working with people and building relationships
  • Can multitask and thrive in a busy office environment
  • Leasing or property management experience is a plus — but a great attitude is even better!
