Job Description
Leasing Agent - Apartment Community We are seeking a friendly and professional Leasing Agent for a multifamily apartment community . This role focuses on leasing apartments, resident relations, marketing, and administrative support to ensure high occupancy and excellent resident satisfaction. This is an hourly position with additional commission opportunities based on move-ins and performance. Weekend availability is required. Responsibilities Conduct apartment tours and show available units to prospective renters Assist prospects in selecting units based on needs, preferences, and budget Prepare leases and coordinate move-ins Maintain waitlists, marketing materials, and promotions Ensure model and available units are clean, attractive, and ready for move-in Support resident services and property operations as needed Maintain accurate records and reports Qualifications 2+ years experience in leasing, sales, or customer service High school diploma or equivalent (Real estate sales license preferred) Strong interpersonal, sales, and customer service skills Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and as part of a team Requirements Ability to walk, give tours, and navigate stairs and outdoor property areas Willingness to work weekends (and occasional evenings as needed) Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs Availability for weekends and evenings
