$15-$19/hr + commissions

Property Type:
Multifamily community What You'll Do Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents around the community Highlight features, amenities, floor plans, and the lifestyle of the property Follow up daily with leads to maximize lease conversions Assist applicants with paperwork, screening, and move-in steps Maintain accurate records of leads, showings, and applications Support resident relations and provide excellent customer service Help keep online listings updated and assist with light marketing tasks What We're Looking For Bilingual English/Spanish Real Estate experience, leasing preferred Personable, professional, and comfortable talking with new people Motivated and committed, with strong follow-up habits Organized and dependable Customer service or sales experience preferred Career-minded individuals looking to grow in multifamily property management Why You'll Love This Role Stable hourly pay + commissions Supportive leadership and hands-on training The chance to make a real impact on a thriving multifamily community
