Hunt Pacific Management seeks experienced Leasing Consultant for Aspen Lakes Apartments. We are looking to add a professional team member with a strong prior work history and exceptional customer service. •Please Include a Cover Letter for Consideration Prior Yardi and CRM experience is desired. Tour virtual and in person. Know the floor plans, rental rates, deposits, community amenities, community rules and regulations, and lease terms and be able to explain them accurately. Enter every phone lead and walk in traffic in Yardi CRM when they occur. Follow up with all leads in Yardi CRM by clearing out the CRM Queue daily. Process applications for rental and submit them to the Business Manager. Be responsible for lease preparation and creating/maintaining resident files. Assist resident move in's by accurately reviewing the lease, reviewing all policies and procedures with resident, and completing a move in inspection. As an employee of Hunt Pacific Management Corporation, you may be required to work at an apartment community other than your primary assignment as requested by management. Personal Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times. Weekends will be required as part of a 40 hour work schedule Physical Demands Ability to climb stairs to show and inspect apartments. Ability to inspect buildings and grounds weekly. Qualifications and Experience Desired High School Diploma (required); College (desired). Trade association designation/training such as NALP, and Fair Housing. Yardi and CRM experience desired Must have and maintain a valid Drivers' License. Strong verbal ability and excellent writing skill.
