  • Unrivaled Sales Training Platform What you'll do: As a Leasing Consultant, you will work on a team with a proven track record of managing our assets while delivering exceptional performance and results.
We ensure that our teams have the necessary resources and guidance to successfully execute our vision. The Leasing Consultant has a measurable impact on the business by securing new and renewal leases. Your day will be packed with various resident interactions--everything from providing tours to prospective residents, qualifying them financially, and preparing and executing the lease documents. You will also play an important role in customer satisfaction and resident retention, working closely with our Service Team to ensure on-time delivery of units for move-in and prompt response to repair requests. Your schedule will vary and will include weekend shifts. On a typical day, you will work from 9a.m. to 6p.m. What you'll need to be successful:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • The ability to close sales while ensuring high resident satisfaction scores What qualifications we're looking for:
  • Two years' experience in sales, in any industry is preferred
  • Three years' experience with inbound/outbound calls is preferred
  • Experience with sales targets and commission-based expectations is preferred
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is helpful
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen Candidates who do not have the preferred qualifications but have transferrable skills will be given consideration.
