What You'll Do:

As an Automotive Guest Representative , you'll be the face of our dealership and a trusted guide for our customers. Assist customers in finding vehicles that match their lifestyle, needs, and budget Stay up to date on new vehicle models and features Conduct engaging test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service Utilize your sales skills to meet and exceed dealership sales goals Work closely with the sales and finance teams to deliver a seamless experience

What We're Looking For:

Outstanding customer service and communication skills Strong listening skills to understand customer needs Confidence and professionalism to create a positive first impression Knowledge of vehicles, financing options, and the sales process (or willingness to learn!) Excellent organization and time management skills Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills Friendly, welcoming demeanor and passion for the automotive industry
