Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule property showings for clients and agents efficiently. Assist agents during property tours by providing detailed information and answering client questions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available listings and market trends. Prepare and distribute marketing materials and property information to prospective buyers. Facilitate communication between clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. Manage and organize client feedback and follow-up communications post-showing. Support agents with administrative tasks related to property showings and client interactions.
