Position Overview:

Are you a people-person with a flair for customer service and a drive to succeed? We're looking for a Leasing Agent to join our team in Stonegate Meadows, IN ! This position offers a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in property management. As a Leasing Agent, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve our goals by:

Connecting:

Building relationships with prospective residents and showcasing all our property has to offer.

Marketing:

Supporting innovative leasing strategies to attract new residents and retain current ones.

Teamwork:

Collaborating with an experienced team that values professionalism, diversity, and a shared commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

Engage and follow up with prospective residents to meet leasing goals. Market and promote the property to potential renters. Assist with resident relations to ensure satisfaction and retention. Contribute to team motivation and assist with budgeting tasks. Conducts background and credit checks and verifies other references as directed by Leasing Manager. Work collaboratively to achieve leasing objectives and maintain property occupancy.

Qualifications:

Basic computer and word processing skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. A professional, friendly, and goal-oriented mindset. Ability to work 40 hours per week.
