About us Orloff Property Management is a family owned business and only manage properties in which we have majority ownership. The company was founded in 2000 with a single mission: to acquire, develop and manage multifamily properties to create communities we are proud to call home. Orloff Property Management is looking for a bilingual Leasing Consultant for an exciting Multi-Family Housing opportunity. We are looking for candidates with sales / customer service background.
Position Summary:
It is the Leasing Consultant's responsibility to generate shows and applications by responding to incoming phone calls and e-leads in accordance with the Fair Housing Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, all other laws pertaining to Multifamily operations as well as the company's policies and procedures. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for opening and closing model apartments and show units daily. The Leasing Consultant is conducting in-person tours and virtual tours as requested. In addition, the Leasing Consultant is an important part of the property's renewal process and should provide excellent customer service to our existing and prospective residents. This position requires availability to work all weekends. We are looking for a team member with an outgoing personality that enjoys meeting new people and have a desire to help others with their housing needs.
